A lot of his arrangements are lighthearted and relaxing.Nilahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15263782531133804546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1020653850161663700.post-16713364490953983352014-10-31T20:15:44.945-04:002014-10-31T20:15:44.945-04:00Bach is my choice! So it's just one extra thing to distract me. But I love listening before I write, or reading lyric booklets to get inspired.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07181207761130079393noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1020653850161663700.post-61657237452568198892014-10-27T14:01:21.305-04:002014-10-27T14:01:21.305-04:00Thanks for the post, Nilah! One of the characters in my first two novels is a dancer and there are a few dance elements. I had to listen for the song that I thought would be played in that moment and I would listen to it over and over again as I wrote.Carrie Beckorthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04324065022504846662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1020653850161663700.post-76833252542308291762014-10-27T13:31:31.813-04:002014-10-27T13:31:31.813-04:00I really like the Finn McCool song! My mother played the piano, so that's an instrument that I always love to hear. I go through phases listening to music when I'm writing. If I find a song that correlates w/a the theme of a story really well, then I will play it over and over and over again while writing! Maps by Maroon 5 was my most recent obsession.
